An afternoon with owners & distillers, Ellis & Liam. Learn about the journey so far and enjoy an interactive G&T tasting of the full award-winning Fairham Gin range.
What’s Included?
With only 15 places available on each tasting event, Ellis & Liam will guide you through the taste, smell and profile of each Fairham Gin Edition. You’ll receive an introduction to the Fairham brand, learn how we got to where we are today and why our juniper-forward gins are full of natural, authentic, flavour. Throughout the afternoon you’ll enjoy three G&Ts from the core range with tasting notes taken along the way for an interactive gin experience. Receive a 10% discount on any 70cl bottle of your favourite gin on the day.

We have just been on the first ever Fairham Gin tasting afternoon and what a wonderful afternoon it has been. Liam and Ellis are so passionate about their products and it really shows! Their unique way of presenting their products was great it allowed us to really taste them the way they were intended.. It was a really relaxed atmosphere and very intimate. What an incredible afternoon lads thanks for having us!

We attended the inaugural gin tasting session on Saturday and both really enjoyed the experience. It was a nice relaxed session with the opportunity to find out about the history of the company, their ethos/brand values, production methods, and of course taste their excellent core gins. The group size was limited to 15 which allowed everybody the opportunity to ask questions. I’d definitely recommend the experience, even if you have already sampled the full range.

I attended one of the Saturday afternoon gin tasting events with my husband and a couple of friends in February. It was very enjoyable and well set up with each party having seats at a separate table. The group size was limited which made a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Liam & Ellis talked in turn about their gin journey and it was really very interesting. Not too scripted, quite informal and very fascinating. We loved the tasting card that we were all given at the start of the event and this added a nice touch to the event. The gins are very palatable and we all enjoyed them all! We stayed beyond the event to buy another glass of our favourites! It’s fantastic to see young people succeeding in business especially when they are local to Penwortham. We wish Fairham Gin every success.
