Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

We only deliver to the UK Mainland (including Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands – Subject to Royal Mail delivery timescales) with all orders sent via Royal Mail (48hr Tracked) unless otherwise stated. All orders placed before 5pm are packed and dispatched next day, you will then receive and text/email from Royal Mail stating when to expect delivery. We chose UK Royal Mail as their deliveries are tracked and signed for. You can track your package at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.

The above applies to eligible Free Lancashire 48hr Tracked orders, which will be sent via Royal Mail. These postcodes include WN, PR9, PR8, PR7, PR6, PR5, PR4, PR3, PR2, PR1, OL, LA, L40, L39, L37, FY, BL, BD23 and BB.

Free Local Delivery

All orders placed within the postcodes PR1, PR2, PR3 5, PR4 0, PR4 4, PR4 5, PR4 6, PR5, PR7 7, PR7 6, PR25 and PR26 will be delivered free of charge. Free Local Delivery orders placed before 5pm will be delivered same day unless otherwise stated and will be fulfilled by the No.1 Fairham Gin team.

Our usual practice is next day delivery for orders placed before 5pm. If not delivered next day then we will endeavour to get your delivery to you no later than 3 days from order unless otherwise stated. If delivery can not be made on the first attempt then we will contact you to ask for a suitable time.

Returns Policy

Ochre Launch Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for the Ochre Edition Launch Event at Hurst Grange Park Coach House in Penwortham are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. If you are having to self-isolate due to Covid-19, then please email sales@no1fairhamgin.com as soon as possible. We are unable to accept any requests for refunds after Monday 15th November 2021.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased or a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by emailing sales@no1fairhamgin.com within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the address on the label.

Return or Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at sales@no1fairhamgin.com. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty.

Please note:

If you are returning an item, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Instructions of where to send your return parcel will be issued once you have raised your return via sales@no1fairhamgin.com. We also withhold the right to reject and/or immediately refund any order for our own reasoning.



We are only able to process refunds on any items that are faulty or damaged and won’t accept any bottles back that are opened and used. Items are sold as seen and are standard to product descriptions listed by us on our website. As we are a small company, all of our No.1 Fairham Gin bottle labels are applied by hand so there may be some discrepancies from bottle to bottle. Please bear this in mind before applying for a refund as this will be dealt with on a case by case basis where we have the right to reject your refund based on this. We will always do our best to find an outcome in any situation so please be respectful when applying for a refund.

COVID-19 and How This May Affect Your Order

We are aware of the disruption that COVID-19 has made to shipping, and as such would like to make you aware of this. We ship our orders via Royal Mail, and therefore have a reliable stream of communication with regards to the progress of your delivery. If your order faces any disruption as a result of delays caused by the pandemic, we will of course contact you at the first instance using the details you provided to keep you up to speed, and making you aware of your order progress.
