FREE Royal Mail 48hr Tracked
We only deliver to the UK Mainland (including Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands – Subject to Royal Mail delivery timescales) with all orders sent via Royal Mail (48hr Tracked) unless otherwise stated. All orders placed before 5pm are packed and dispatched next day, you will then receive and text/email from Royal Mail stating when to expect delivery. Free Local Delivery
All orders placed within the postcodes PR1, PR2, PR3 5, PR4 0, PR4 4, PR4 5, PR4 6, PR5, PR7 7, PR7 6, PR25 and PR26 will be delivered free of charge. Free Local Delivery orders placed before 5pm are normally delivered next day but we do have a 1-2 day delivery period in place during busy periods. Local deliveries are fulfilled by the Fairham Gin team so please add any delivery instructions to your order notes. If delivery can not be made on the first attempt then we will contact you to ask for a suitable time.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased. Due to our quick turnaround on dispatching orders, cancellations must be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 07548342472 within 24 hours of placing your online order.
Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at email@example.com. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 24 hour cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty.
If you are returning an item, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Instructions of where to send your return parcel will be issued once you have raised your return via firstname.lastname@example.org. We also withhold the right to reject and/or immediately refund any order for our own reasoning.
We are only able to process refunds on any items that are faulty or damaged and won’t accept any bottles back that are opened and used. Items are sold as seen and are standard to product descriptions listed by us on our website. As we are a small company, all of our Fairham Gin bottle labels are applied by hand so there may be some discrepancies from bottle to bottle. Please bear this in mind before applying for a refund as this will be dealt with on a case by case basis where we have the right to reject your refund based on this. We will always do our best to find an outcome in any situation so please be respectful when applying for a refund.

COVID-19 and Industrial Action
We ship our orders via Royal Mail, and therefore have a reliable stream of communication with them in regards to the progress of your delivery. If your order faces any disruption as a result of delays caused by the pandemic or industrial action, we will of course contact you at the first instance using the details you provided to keep you updated, and making you aware of your order progress.
