signature edition
Twelve months of recipe development led to us creating a uniquely modern expression that is our take on a London Dry Gin. Ultra smooth, juniper at the forefront and layered with tasty fresh citrus.
13 including juniper, coriander seeds, cinnamon, pink grapefruit, lemon, clementine, guava, kumquat and physalis.
ochre edition
This is our expression of a spiced orange gin. Fresh orange and sweet clementine are vapour infused with four spices to create a subtle warming finish to a flavour-filled G&T.
12 including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange, clementine, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and pink grapefruit.

100% vapour infused
Where other distilleries boil their botanicals in the belly of the still, at No.1 Fairham Gin we extract the oils from the botanicals by vapour as they sit in a bespoke copper basket in the column of our copper still, with no botanicals or fruits touching the base alcohol. The ingredients we use are delicate and we believe extracting the goodness from them using this process gives our gin a profile like no other.
non-chill filtered
To keep every bit of flavour in our gin we cut out the cosmetic stage of chill filtration. This means that all the natural oils are kept for you to enjoy and you will notice this in your glass as when the gin is chilled with ice or mixer, it will produce a pearlescent haze. This is the way we prefer it and is one of the things we love about our gin as it adds character to your flavour filled G&T. Click here to read more about non-chill filtered craft gin.
the finest botanicals
Our Signature Edition is created using 13 carefully selected botanicals and exotic fruits that are ethically sourced and picked from all over the world. After a thorough check on delivery, each fruit is either chopped or peeled and then dehydrated or frozen in order to keep their freshness and flavours so that they can be released when infused to make our gin. Some of the fruits we use include guava, kumquat, physalis, kaffir lime and clementine, to name a few.
The Gin Guide Reviews
Signature Edition
“Features a unique combination of tropical botanicals including guava, physalis and kumquat, and they are utilised with purpose and have evident presence in balance with traditional botanicals. Together they identifiably contribute to a contemporary, bright and exotic layer in the gin that gives personality on top of the juniper and core of classic notes. In venturing into distilling rarely used botanicals, the result is that Signature Edition is successfully distinctive and carries a point of interest and difference. When served with Tonic Water, deeper citrus notes emerge alongside the brighter flavours, as well as cinnamon and elevated piney juniper, with a citrus garnish being an ideal G&T accompaniment.” – Paul Jackson
Ochre Edition
“Combines a wealth of juniper with fresh orange, zesty clementine and autumnal spice. It is a dry, flavoursome gin with an enjoyable journey of flavour and an enticing balance of bright and initially subtly sweet citrus together with Autumnal, earthy and warming spice of ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. With Tonic Water the richer, deeper citrus character is elevated and melds beautifully with the mellow spice and plentiful juniper for an impressive and moreish G&T.” – Paul Jackson

what our customers say:
I absolutely love this gin, it’s gone straight up there as one of my favourites. Classic, smooth and citrusy. I don’t like a plain gin, and there’s definitely nothing plain about this.
Rachel M
I am such a flavoured gin girl but this is by far my favourite gin. Love that it’s cloudy and love the citrus taste. Paired with the Mediterranean tonic is just amazing!
Jenna C
Beautiful gin! It’s so easy to drink and it’s really refreshing! It’s definitely a 10/10 from me.
Holly C
Very refreshing citrus flavour when served with a good plain tonic. Have had to order another bottle already!
Dave D
A lovely tasting gin. A refreshing distinctive flavour. A delicious drink that I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed it and so nice that it’s from Penwortham.
Helen G
Smooth, citrusy and looks good on the gin tray too! What more could I ask. Highly recommend!
Yvonne C
I have ordered 3 bottles from No.1 Fairham Gin (2 as presents, I hasten to add!) and they are delicious! I cannot recommend these boys and their product highly enough!
Barbs W
Absolutely love the citrus flavours and the fabulous smell to match! Definitely recommend.
Sherie K
I have tried both the signature edition and the ochre edition and they have quickly become my favourite gins. Love all the options you have when ordering. The gin glasses are great quality. Delivery is always quick and the items well packaged.
Nikita B
Absolutely delicious gin . The best I’ve had, and believe me I’ve tried a few! Very smooth, with an under taste of fruit but in a subtle way. Made locally by two wonderful young men, that put back into the local community with each bottle sold. 100% recommended… go on give it a try. You’ll be treating your taste buds.
